I’m making a new start in life and blogging. Many of you may remember that I had a Stampin’ Up! business and blog for many years and then seemed to just drop off the internet face a few years ago. I have gone through several “life issues” since that time. I won’t bore you with all the details, but they have kept my attention focused on more personal things. But now….
I’m BACK ….. and ready to take on the challenges and fun of sharing my creations with you. I’m making a few changes though. First, I’ve switched blogging platforms. The one I used in the past has not kept up with new innovations in the blogging world. This platform is more user friendly for both you, the viewer, and me, the author. I hope you enjoy using it. Leave comments and let me know what you like and don’t like. I’ll take it under consideration as I tweak this to our liking. I copied a few of those old posts and put them in below this one. While the products might not be available now, the designs and techniques remain the same….
Second, in the past, my posts were strictly about Stampin’ Up! projects. I loved sharing those with you, and still enjoy the creativity of Stampin’ Up!, but also enjoy many other creative outlets. I look forward to sharing those with you also. I have always enjoyed sewing, but have recently taken on quilting and have even designed a few patterns! I also enjoy the world of vinyl and creating designs in that manner and have recently become a designer for Chalk Couture. I can’t wait to share that with you also!
Third, I’m not going to even attempt to blog every day. I’ll pop in 2-3 times a week and share a creation or information with you. Periodically, I’ll email you more detailed instructions of projects, so be sure you’re on my email lists – sign up at the top right column!
Fourth, I’m learning this new site and I’m sure I’ll be adding things as I go, so check back often to enjoy this ride with me.
Fifth and last – I want you to enjoy the things I write about, so if you have suggestions or ideas, just leave a comment or email me with “suggestions for your blog post” in the subject line. (I don’t open all emails!). I’ll try to answer your questions, etc.
